Coverage is available to seniors 65+, patients recently discharged after an overnight hospital stay or outpatient/day surgery within the last 12 months, youth under 19, and recipients of Ontario Works or ODSP (any age).

As of recent provincial updates, a referral from a physician or nurse practitioner is no longer mandatory in all cases. However, some clinics and circumstances may still require one. We recommend contacting us before your first visit so we can confirm your specific eligibility requirements.

There is no fixed session limit for OHIP-funded physiotherapy. Treatment continues for as long as clinically necessary within your Episode of Care (EOC), until your rehabilitation goals are met or your physiotherapist determines you can continue independently.

Please bring your valid OHIP health card, your doctor's referral (if applicable), and any relevant medical records, imaging reports, or discharge summaries. Arriving a few minutes early will allow time to complete your intake forms.

If you do not meet OHIP eligibility criteria, you can still access our physiotherapy services privately or through extended health benefits, workplace insurance (WSIB), or motor vehicle accident (MVA) coverage. Our team will help you explore all available options.
